I did this for the Pans Labyrinth sketchbook contest, got a free movie poster signed by mr Del Toro..love that movie. Lately I've been intrigued with small humans next to big creatures. I have a 7 month old son and I'm a big guy so I guess I can relate.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. Our objective is to recognise deviants who deserve more recognition and to feature deviations with less than 10 original comments. looking at the poses of figures, I think they are too close to each other. if you draw a laser beam from the eye of the creature it hits somewhere behind the girl. so he is not really looking at the girl. and if you draw a laser beam from the eye of the girl, it hits the creature's stomach.well they might be rolling their eyes but I think it would be better if we feel they have full eye contact from the gestures of figures.
(then again gnomon guys like me neatpick everything. I still think I should take your class. )
