Ghoul 3d sketch by TARGETE Ghoul 3d sketch by TARGETE
Here's a quick scuplt and paint job I did a weekend ago using in my opinion the most kick ass 3d organic moldeling/sculpting/painting software 3dcoat.

Beautiful (in a creepy way) piece. Love the vein details.

What's your opinion of 3DCoat? I've been considering buying it once I get my new computer, but after using zBrush I find it hard pulling myself out of it's environment.

Haha .. Glad you Found 3DCOAT ...

Voxels RULE / polys are sooo000 Kicking your ass instead of you kiking it ...

Nice rendering skills on the shaders and deep of field and realistic all everything ...

Dont say that yu did this with MAXWELL RENDER !

Cause if 3DCOAT kicks ass ... MAXWELL RENDER is The Boss of renderers ...
And toguether can make you the monster artisticaly in 3d ...

Well just some hints !

Cheers Old Wolf friend!

Hav efun.

100% 3D COAT down to the rendering. I'm in love with 3dcoat it seems intimidating at forst but its simply such a versatile piece of software. Voxel modeling is the way to go polygons are to restrictive sometimes when creating a base.

I really need to get off my duff and learn 3dcoat. Need to finish figuring out mudbox first though..

Looks pretty good. What method did you use to make that? (100% 3dcoat or did you import any base meshes?)

This is a CGI image? Holy crap. Could've fooled me.

Nice look to the critter, it has the late 80's/early90's "evil fetus" monster movie look to it.
