I admit that i thought the premise would be great for a co-operative combat race car game where players drive either allied alien tech concept cars (defense role) or scavenged and upgraded human vehicles (offensive role). The players work together as they run patrols together between two points, essentially running laps around a circuit, while the destructive aliens attack them.
